THE WORKOUTS

OUR WORKOUTS ARE THE PERFECT BLEND OF BOXING TECHNIQUE AND STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING DRILLS, INCORPORATING PADWORK, BAGWORK, PARTNER WORK AND ELEMENTS OF FUNCTIONAL TRAINING, CALISTHENICS, HIIT AND OTHER CARDIO-CRUSHING COMPOSITE EXERCISES, AIMED AT BUILDING A STRONG BODY AND STRONGER MINDSET.

DESCRIPTION

BOXING CONDITIONING REFERS TO THE PHYSICAL PREPARATION BOXERS UNDERGO BEFORE COMPETITION. CLASS STARTS WITH A 15 MINUTE WARM-UP THAT VARIES EVERY TIME, FOLLOWED BY 30 MINUTES OF 3 MINUTE ROUNDS THAT ALTERNATE BETWEEN HITTING THE BAGS USING COMBINATIONS AND TECHNICAL TIPS PROVIDED BY OUR COACH AND STRENGTH & CONDITIONING DRILLS THAT TARGET THE MAIN MUSCLE GROUPS USED FOR IMPROVED BOXING PERFORMANCE. YOUR LEGS, CORE, ARMS, BACK, CALVES AND OTHER MUSCLE GROUPS, AS WELL AS YOUR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL ENDURANCE WILL BE THOROUGHLY CHALLENGED DURING THE CLASS, RESULTING IN A LEAN AND TONED PHYSIQUE, A CHAMPION MINDSET AND IMPROVEMENTS IN GENERAL FITNESS AND STRENGTH LEVELS .

SKILL-BASED TRAINING IS A GREAT WAY TO SMASH YOUR FITNESS GOALS. WHILE YOUR BRAIN IS FOCUSED AND ENGAGED IN LEARNING, YOU FORGET HOW YOUR BODY IS BEING PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED. CLASS STARTS WITH A 15 MINUTE WARM-UP THAT INCLUDES A MIX OF ROPE SKIPPING, PARTNER DRILLS, GROUP SHADOWBOXING, SPRINTS, HIIT AND FUNCTIONAL TRAINING DRILLS, FOLLOWED BY TECHNICAL PARTNER DRILLS USING FOCUS PADS AND GLOVES TO PRACTICE THE COMBINATIONS AND OFFENSIVE/DEFENSIVE DRILLS THAT ARE BROKEN DOWN AND EXPLAINED BY THE COACH. WHILE THE BODY GETS STRONGER, THE MIND GETS SHARPER, INCREASING LEVELS OF COORDINATION, FOCUS, REACTION TIME, MEMORY AND OVERALL TECHNICAL ABILITY. CLASS FINISHES WITH A QUICK CORE WORKOUT TO COOL DOWN AND GUESTS CAN STAY AND STRETCH AFTERWARDS.
