IF YOU ARE A BEGINNER, YOU MIGHT JUST WANT TO SLOWLY AND THOROUGHLY BREAK DOWN THE ESSENTIALS TO FULLY GRASP THE NITTY-GRITTY BASICS OF BOXING, AND THEN SWEAT SOME.
